Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the processing of personal data collected through www.turkazholding.com.tr.

Personal data processed

When you submit the contact form, the following data is processed:

Identity and contact: full name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional)
Request: message text and the language in which it was sent
Transaction security: date/time of the message and IP address

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to receive and assess your request, reply to you, conduct partnership discussions, and keep the website secure (preventing abuse). The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the data controller under KVKK Art. 5/2-f, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

Transfers

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. Subject to legal obligations, it may be transferred only as far as necessary to hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers and, on request and within the law, to authorised public authorities.

Method of collection and retention

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form. Messages are kept for a maximum of 2 (two) years and then deleted; they may be kept for the applicable limitation period if there is a legal dispute.

Cookies

We use the Google Analytics cookie only if you consent (for anonymous statistics such as visit counts and page views). If you do not consent, no analytics cookie runs and the site works as normal. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. No advertising cookies are used.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

To learn whether your personal data is processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
To request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7 and have this notified to third parties,
To object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis,
To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to apply

To exercise your rights, send your request in writing to info@turkazholding.com.tr or to the address above. Applications are concluded within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
